Returns & Refund Policy for Habesha Glow
At Habesha Glow, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be accepted for products that meet the following criteria:
- Damaged in Transit: If the product has been damaged during shipping.
2. How to Request a Return
If you wish to return all or part of your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product. To do so:
- Send an email to habeshaglow2@gmail.com with a video of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
We will not accept returns if:
- The product has been used.
- The seal has been broken.
- The product’s serial number has been tampered with.
3. Return Process
Upon receiving the returned product, Habesha Glow will inspect it to validate your claim. If the product is deemed eligible for a return:
- Replacement: A replacement product will be issued.
- Ineligible Returns: If the product is found ineligible for a return, it will be sent back to you.
4. Refund Process
- Online Payments: If you paid online, we will refund the amount back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days after receiving your return request.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of the refund request.
5. Product Usage and Ingredients
If you have any questions about product usage or ingredients, we recommend contacting our expert team at habeshaglow2@gmail.com before placing an order. Please note that Habesha Glow is not responsible for any individual allergic reactions. Each product description includes a full list of ingredients—customers with sensitivities or allergies should review these carefully and perform an allergy patch test prior to use.
6. Spillage or Breakage
If the product has been spilled or the container is broken, we will replace it free of charge. However, minor physical damage such as dents or scratches will not be eligible for a refund or return.
